Items will be shipped via UPS or US Postal Service, depending on total size and weight. Orders will be processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days. We ship to the USA, Canada, and other International locations.
Please note that we give our best estimates for shipping days. Once your package is out of our warehouse it is up to the delivery company (USPS or UPS) to comlete the process. International deliveries must also clear customs, which could add an extra couple days to your delivery time.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We offer a 30-day return policy. To receive a full refund on your item, your return must be unopened, unused, and in original box. Opened cartridges are not eligible for a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning a used Yudu or Cricut machine, it will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
All Cricut and Yudu products come with a 1-year factory warranty. In case of product defect, please contact manufacturer at 1-877-7CRICUT.
*If you are buying as a gift for the holidays, we will extend the return period until after the holiday has passed.
